When can I begin travel arrangements
Travel arrangements can begin as soon as you receive your permanent member identification number,
however, your membership fees must be paid in full prior to your departure date.  All requests must be
received a minimum of a 45 days in advance for financed vacations.

How do I qualify for financing?
All members financing our products or services are required to provide our finance department the following documentation for identity, residence, and employment verification purposes only:
Photocopy of valid state issued drivers license or identification card.
Photocopy of your federally issued social security card.
Photocopy of a current utility bill in your name.
Photocopy of a current pay stub in your name
Photocopy of a current bank statement in your name.
Our finance department reserves the right to require additional forms of identification and/or residential and employment documentation that it deems necessary to satisfy the above stated requirements for loan approval.
The above requirements are meant to protect our members and us against identity theft and fraud.

How do I arrange my vacation plans?

Select one of our exciting vacation options from our website or from your membership kit. Options include: Air-Inclusive, All-Inclusive, Cruises, and Land-Only Condo Resorts.  
Include with your travel request form, a check for the deposit amount required for the vacation that you choose.  The deposit amounts and pricing are listed on the web site or in your membership kit.   Include required copies of your documentation for qualification of membership.
Mail us the required travel request form located on our web site or in your membership kit and your deposit.
A Travel Coordinator will contact you to arrange your itinerary and payment plan upon receipt of your request.
Travel request forms must be received by our travel coordinators no later than 45 days prior to your departure date.

Do I have to send a deposit with the travel request form?
Yes. The deposit is your down payment on your vacation. With daily fluctuations in the price of travel and airfare we ask for this deposit to secure your reservation. A deposit will assist with securing your package at the lowest price possible and give us first choice on air times and accommodations.

How do I make my initial deposit payment?
Your initial deposit can be paid by a personal check, however we will wait 10 days to verify funds before any travel arrangements will be made. For more immediate confirmation of your request, please submit a money order or cashiers check.

If I cancel my vacation is my deposit refundable?

Your deposit is fully refundable prior to the confirmation of your vacation.  If PVC Travel Department has confirmed and paid for your vacation, there will be penalties from the airlines, travel vendors, and from PVC based on the current policies of our supplier.  You are responsible for any fees and penalties associated with a cancellation.

How many people can travel using my travel credit line?
All financed vacation packages with airfare are pre-arranged for two people traveling together sharing the same airfare itinerary and accommodations.  Additional travelers expenses, such as airfare and accommodations, must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure.  Expenses associated with additional travelers cannot be financed as part of your credit line.

What do I do if my departure city is not listed as an option for the vacation that I choose:
Arrangements can be made for you to leave from your preferred departure city, although you may not finance these additional expenses, and they must be paid (in full) 30 days prior to your departure date.

Can I change the number of days listed for the vacation package that I choose?
Yes.  Please indicate the total number of days you would like to travel on your travel request form.  Upon receipt of your travel request form one of our travel coordinators will call you to confirm your itinerary and the revised deposit.   Additional days may not be financed as part of your credit line, and must be paid (in full) 30 days prior to your departure date.

Can I finance just airfare, train tickets or bus tickets?
Unfortunately, we do not have any finance packages available for these requests.

Can I travel to any destination not listed on the website?
Our vacation packages are pre-arranged to specific and popular vacation destinations and cannot be changed. However, our Travel Coordinators add new and exciting destinations regularly to our website, and accept suggestions for new additions.  You may submit a suggestion at any time to info@playersvacationclub.com.

Are tickets to enter theme parks and attractions included with my vacation package
No. All tickets to shows, theme parks, concerts, attractions are not included in our vacation packages unless specifically stated as so.

Can I book a cruise package if I am under the age of 21
No. All cruise passengers must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by a legal guardian. No exceptions!

Can I travel alone
Yes, this is considered a single supplement, however you will typically pay up to 80% of the full package price.

Can I use my savings account for monthly payments
Yes, however, please verify that your bank will allow such a transaction to be debited prior to submitting your request.

How do I qualify for membership
Everyone who meets the following guidelines will qualify for financing:
  1. At least 18 years of age
  2. Has as valid U.S. checking account
  3. Is a U.S. resident
  4. Have been at current job for at least 6 months
  5. Have been at current residence for at least 6 months
  6. Has a combined household income of at least $1,500.00 a month
  7. Has joined Players Vacation Club, Inc.

How do I make my monthly payments
All monthly payments for financing your vacation will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account. This is the only acceptable method of payment at this time and your specific terms will be clearly defined in your purchase agreement.

Can I pay off my vacation early
Yes, you may pay off your balance, or make additional payments at any time with no penalties.

Can I cancel my membership
Yes.  You may cancel your membership at any time, provided you have not entered into a payment arrangement with us. If you have entered into a purchase agreement, you may not cancel your membership until you have satisfied the terms of the agreement. If you cancel your membership after 30 days from enrollment, you will be mailed a prorated refund based on the months that you have had access to your membership.

Can I finance more than one vacation at a time
First time travelers may finance one vacation per household, per term. If you have made a minimum of 6 consecutive monthly payments with no late payments we will consider your request to finance another vacation.

What type of identification do I need when traveling with PVC
When booking a vacation always make sure to verify the spelling of your name.  The name that appears on your airline tickets must match the name as it appears on your legal identification.
Domestic Packages  (Las Vegas, Honolulu, Orlando, Lake Tahoe etc): Valid drivers license or state-issued identification. 
Caribbean, Bahamas, Jamaica, Mexico or Puerto Rico: Original or state-issued certified copy of a birth certificate (with seal) and valid drivers license or Passport.
London and Paris: Passport
Cruises: Original or state-issued certified copy of a birth certificate (with seal) and valid drivers license or Passport.

Can I give a vacation away as a gift
Yes.  You the member would be responsible for the balanced owed and monthly payments on this package.  All the documentation and contracts would be signed approved and verified.

Do you offer discounted airfare, hotels and rental cars that can be purchased
Yes, although these arrangement are not made through PVC Travel.  You may book these items through our affiliated company, Travel Now.  After logging into the members only website, click on the travel center, and from there you will find the online booking link to Travel Now.  These offers cannot be financed.

When should I expect my airfare tickets and hotel vouchers to be delivered
You will typically receive your vacation tickets two weeks prior before your departure dates.    We will FedEx your tickets second-day air and will require a signature before releasing.

Do you offer financing for large groups
No.  A limited number of itineraries are available for each departure day each year. Providing alternate travel dates will help us confirm your selected destination.

Can we refer friends to your club
Yes.  We can send you out a “refer a friend” form or you may visit our website.   To receive referral bonuses, the person who you have referred must have an active membership and have paid their membership fee. We offer the following benefits to members who have made referrals to our club.

What air carriers do you use
We use all major commercial airline carriers, although availability may be limited based on your departure city.  The airline carrier included in your package is based on the discretion of your Travel Coordinator.  Please include any specific airline requests in your travel request form.  Although every attempt will be made to accommodate your requests, they may have an affect on the price of your vacation package.

Can upgrades be included in the financing
No.  We finance for the items included in our packages listed on the website.  If you would like upgrades to your package, such as a rental car or ocean view, we can arrange these items, but they will not be financed.  Payment for upgrades must be received 30 days before departure.

What is travel insurance
Travel insurance protects your vacation in the event of a cancellation or interrupted trip for covered reasons, injury or illness during your vacation, baggage loss or delay and provides 24-hour worldwide emergency assistance.  Travel insurance is not included in our packages, but can be added as an upgrade to most of our vacation packages.  We recommend discussing travel insurance with your Travel Coordinator prior to confirming your vacation.

How many nights can I travel using my credit line
Depending on the destination, we offer financing for three night, four night, five night, six night and seven night vacations.  You can add additional nights to any package (except land-only condo resorts) but this portion is not financed.

Unfortunately we can only offer this program to US residence living within the continental United States at this time.
