The racial makeup of the village is 96.16% White, 0.62% African American, 0.13% Native American, 2.00% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.31% from other races, and 0.77% from two or more races. 2.33% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 3,767 households out of which 39.6% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.0% are married couples living together, 8.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 25.7% are non-families. 22.2% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.8% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.70 and the average family size is 3.20.
