The median age is 40 years. For every 100 females there are 91.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 88.4 males. The median income for a household in the city is $28,398, and the median income for a family is $38,600. Males have a median income of $29,545 versus $20,676 for females. The per capita income for the city is $15,452. 16.3% of the population and 11.9% of families are below the poverty line.
